What AI PR involves
AI PR promotes companies that build or sell artificial intelligence. That covers startups with new models, enterprises adding AI to products, and infrastructure firms that supply chips, compute and power. Each audience reads different media and asks different questions.
AI is also a field where claims need care. Regulators have acted against companies that overstated what their AI could do. We looked for named AI clients with dated work, and we label results the agency reports itself.
How we ranked AI PR agencies
We scored each agency on Industry Depth, Campaign Proof, Client Fit, Reputation, and Transparency and Freshness. We used the default weights of 25, 30, 20, 15 and 10 percent. For this ranking, Industry Depth means depth in AI, not only general technology.
Candidates came from several passes on 4 November 2026. We pulled Ahrefs keyword data and Google results for AI PR queries, such as “ai pr agency”. We ran 10 buyer-style prompts in ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, and in Perplexity and Grok, then checked O’Dwyer’s and trade pages.
We ran the ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude prompts through PRCoverage, a tool built by High Vibe PR’s founder, who also owns this site. We used it only to see which agencies the assistants named, not to rank them.
Each candidate needed a current official source, two usable independent sources and a relevant client or campaign signal. Research and scoring are AI-assisted, and editorial staff review the results before publication. Scores stay internal because small differences do not justify public decimals.
By our scoring record the order is The Bulleit Group, High Vibe PR, then Bospar, within about 0.3 points. The page lists High Vibe PR first by an owner-approved editorial decision. Our methodology page explains the rules.
Best AI PR agencies by need
Use this view if you already know your situation. An agency can appear under more than one heading.
AI startups: The Bulleit Group, High Vibe PR, Bospar, Treble PR and LaunchSquad work with early-stage AI companies. Bulleit and High Vibe PR have the clearest AI focus.
Enterprise AI: The Hoffman Agency, Inkhouse and Method Communications serve larger companies. Hoffman’s OpenAI Korea launch is the best independently confirmed enterprise case.
AI infrastructure and semiconductors: Racepoint Global lists AI and semiconductor clients such as EdgeCortix and MIPS. Hoffman lists chip and compute clients on its own site.
AI search visibility (GEO): High Vibe PR, Bospar, Hoffman and Highwire PR each describe a GEO service or tool. See the next section before you buy one.
AI search visibility: what PR can and cannot do
Some agencies now sell help getting a brand cited in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. The evidence for what drives those citations is mixed. Treat any promise of a citation as marketing.
Muck Rack, a PR-software vendor, reports that more than 84 percent of cited links in its sample came from earned or third-party sources (Muck Rack). The same report says answers vary from run to run and across assistants. Only 212 domains were cited by all four assistants in its September prompt set.
An academic survey of 45 studies found no technique with a stable, cross-platform causal effect on AI discoverability (arXiv). A separate paper argues that visibility should be measured repeatedly, because single observations are unreliable (arXiv). Ask any agency how it measures AI visibility, and what it cannot control.
1. High Vibe PR – Best for AI-native consumer, gaming and frontier tech
Best for: AI-native companies in consumer tech, gaming and frontier tech that want a small senior team. High Vibe PR describes itself as an AI-native, senior-led boutique that combines earned media with generative engine optimization (fact sheet). It is remote, with a team across the USA, Europe and Asia.
Evidence: Variety ran an exclusive on the Canvas launch of StoReel, an AI-native short-drama platform, in June 2026 (Variety). TechCrunch reported the launch and seed round of Acti, an AI keyboard, on 30 June 2026 (TechCrunch). The agency’s role in both is agency-reported.
The 2026 Bulldog PR Awards page lists it as Gold winner for Best Boutique Agency and Agency That Gets Results (Bulldog). Its fact sheet also lists PRCoverage, a tool that scores AI visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
Limits: PRCoverage was built by High Vibe PR’s founder, who also owns this site, so treat its results as agency-reported. BITKRAFT Ventures, which led Acti’s seed round, is also a client. Pricing is custom.
2. The Bulleit Group – Best for AI, robotics and frontier-tech startups
Best for: AI, robotics and frontier-tech companies that want a small senior team. The Bulleit Group is a San Francisco firm of roughly 17 to 22 people. A Notified case study cites 17, and LinkedIn shows 22.
Evidence: The 2026 North America IN2 SABRE winners list credits Bulleit for two AI campaigns, one for Jumpstart Agent and one for Legion Intelligence (PRovoke). Both clients are AI companies. It also reports an Innovation SABRE for an AI reputation campaign with Civitai (release).
Limits: We found no published pricing. PRovoke blocks automated access, so a person should confirm the award listings.
3. Bospar – Best for AI startups wanting senior attention
Best for: AI and technology startups that want principal-level involvement from a remote agency. Bospar has about 75 to 80 employees (Bospar release).
Evidence: Its Landbase case study covers an AI go-to-market company’s Series A announcement and reports a TechCrunch feature (Bospar). A PRWeek Global Awards finalist page lists its Audit*E AI-visibility work (PRWeek Global Awards). PRWeek gave it an honorable mention for Outstanding Technology Agency in 2026 (PRWeek).
Limits: Independent coverage of the Landbase round does not credit Bospar. Pricing is not published.
4. The Hoffman Agency – Best for global and Asia-Pacific AI programs
Best for: AI and compute companies that need coordinated campaigns across several regions. The Hoffman Agency is based in San Jose with offices across the US, Europe and Asia (Hoffman).
Evidence: Korean outlets reported that Hoffman Agency Korea won a top prize at the 33rd Korea PR Awards. The prize was for its OpenAI Korea launch PR (ETNews, inews24). That is the best independent confirmation of an AI case on this page.
Hoffman launched GEDI, an AI-visibility audit, in September 2025 (PR Newswire).
Limits: The GEDI release names no clients and cites no outside validation. Its client list shows OpenAI under Asia-Pacific only. Headcount ranges from about 270 to 400.
5. Treble PR – Best for venture-backed AI and B2B startups
Best for: Venture-backed technology companies from seed stage to pre-IPO. Treble is an Austin firm founded in 2013, and Clutch lists 10 to 49 employees (Clutch).
Evidence: Treble launched an AI practice group in April 2024 (Business Wire). A March 2025 release named enterprise clients including SymphonyAI and ConcertAI (Business Wire).
Limits: Most evidence comes from Treble’s own releases, and its AI clients are mostly enterprise, not startups. Pricing is not published.
6. Inkhouse – Best for AI companies needing an agency of record
Best for: AI companies that want a larger agency for ongoing programs. Inkhouse is based in Waltham, Massachusetts, and says it has 140 or more people (LinkedIn).
Evidence: GetReal Security’s March 2025 Series A release lists an Inkhouse media contact (PR Newswire). Inkhouse says it became agency of record for six AI companies in the first quarter of 2025, including Anaconda, Pigment and Poolside (Inkhouse).
Limits: The six-client list is agency-reported. Inkhouse is part of Orchestra, so it is not independent. Pricing is not published.
7. Racepoint Global – Best for AI and semiconductor companies
Best for: AI and semiconductor companies that want analyst and media relations. Racepoint is based in Boston, and O’Dwyer’s lists 37 employees (O’Dwyer’s).
Evidence: O’Dwyer’s reported agency-of-record wins for EdgeCortix in 2024 and MIPS in 2026. A September 2026 release says Velaura AI selected Racepoint, with a client quote crediting its Series A announcement (Yahoo Finance).
Limits: The Velaura release is a paid announcement. Its president left in October 2026, and its leadership has changed recently. We found no GEO offering.
8. LaunchSquad – Best for AI and deep-tech startups
Best for: AI, robotics and deep-tech companies that want a mid-sized agency with launch experience. LaunchSquad is based in San Francisco, and O’Dwyer’s lists about 110 employees (O’Dwyer’s).
Evidence: Its case study says it took Waabi, an autonomous-driving AI company, out of stealth in 2021 (LaunchSquad). The O’Dwyer’s firm database lists OpenAI, Waabi and Apptronik among its clients. O’Dwyer’s also reported its November 2024 acquisition of Megawatt, a content agency for deep-tech companies (O’Dwyer’s).
Limits: Its role on Waabi is agency-reported. The O’Dwyer’s client list is supplied by the firm, and the Megawatt story names no AI clients. Pricing is not published.
9. Method Communications – Best for enterprise AI narratives
Best for: Enterprise technology companies building an AI story. Method is based in Salt Lake City, and Clutch lists 50 to 249 employees (Method).
Evidence: Method announced in March 2025 that Salesforce named it US agency of record for its digital labor and AI agent narrative (PR Newswire). O’Dwyer’s also reported the win (O’Dwyer’s).
Limits: Salesforce is the only AI-related client we confirmed, and we found no AI-native startup client. Its current ownership is unverified.
10. Highwire PR – Best for AI visibility tools and enterprise tech
Best for: Enterprise and security companies that want an agency with its own AI-visibility products. Highwire is based in San Francisco and New York, and O’Dwyer’s lists about 250 employees (O’Dwyer’s).
Evidence: O’Dwyer’s reported Highwire’s April 2026 launch of AcroAI, one of several AI products it has launched (O’Dwyer’s). It lists AcroAnswers as a proprietary AI-visibility platform.
Limits: We found no AI-native client with independent credit. Its products are agency-reported, and private-equity-backed ownership means it is not independent. Pricing is not published.
Agencies we reviewed but did not rank
5W Public Relations has an AI practice and lists a GEO program, but all of its AI evidence sits on its own pages. Its founder also owns the publisher of everything-pr.com, which ranks agencies, so we do not use that site as evidence.
Mission North names AI clients such as Mozilla and Apptronik on its own site. We could not open the PRWeek and PRovoke pages that reportedly cover it, so we have not ranked it.
Hotwire sells an AI Lab and GEO tools but we found no AI-native client. PANBlast positions itself for native-AI SaaS companies. SourceCode Communications lists an AI visibility service.
Edelman, PAN Communications and Walker Sands are established firms with AI offers. Edelman launched its GEOsight service, which PRWeek covered in May 2025 (PRWeek). We could not confirm an independently credited AI client campaign for any of the three.
AI assistants also name Crackle PR, Notably PR, Salient PR and Jamco PR often. Much of that comes from best-of lists these agencies publish about themselves. We found little independent evidence for their AI work, so we do not rank them.
Outcast and Luna PR did not give us a usable official source. This is not a judgment about their work. We will add agencies as stronger evidence appears.
AI claims need substantiation
Regulators have acted on exaggerated AI claims. The SEC charged two investment advisers in March 2024 for AI claims they could not support (Legal Dive). It charged the founder of Nate, Inc. in April 2025 over claims that an app used AI when people did the work (SEC).
The FTC announced actions against several deceptive AI schemes in September 2024 (FTC). Pitches and press releases count as marketing statements. Have your team substantiate every “AI-powered” claim before an agency publishes it.
How to choose an AI PR agency
Ask these questions in your first meeting:
- Which two AI clients are closest to our product, buyer and stage?
- How do you explain a model or product to a non-technical reporter?
- How do you measure AI visibility, and what can you not control?
- Who approves technical and performance claims before they go out?
- What is the minimum term, and how can we exit?
An agency that cannot explain what your AI does in plain language will struggle with reporters. Our startup ranking covers agencies by funding stage.
Frequently asked questions
What is an AI PR agency?
An AI PR agency promotes companies that build or sell AI. It works with trade and business press, analysts and sometimes AI-visibility tools. Claims about AI need careful substantiation.
How much does AI PR cost?
We found no reliable published pricing for most agencies here. Vendor guides put startup PR from a few thousand to tens of thousands of dollars a month. See our startup ranking for sourced ranges.
Can an agency get my brand cited by ChatGPT?
No agency controls what an AI system says. Research shows citations vary by run and by assistant, and one survey found no technique with a stable causal effect. Treat any guarantee as marketing.
Do I need an agency that does GEO?
Not necessarily. Earned media and clear facts help most programs, but outcomes are unpredictable. Ask how any GEO offer is measured over repeated runs.
Why is High Vibe PR listed here?
High Vibe PR describes itself as AI-native and has named AI launches with independent coverage. Our owner is also its Founder and CEO, so we disclose this at the top of the page. It is listed first by an owner-approved editorial decision, though our scoring record places it second because its campaign roles are mostly agency-reported.
